1. NO REFUNDS — ALL SALES ARE FINAL
By purchasing the YourStorySells Course, you acknowledge and agree that:
All sales are final.
No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction with the content
Failure to access or complete the Course
Personal circumstances
Lack of results or implementation
Any attempt to dispute or initiate a chargeback will result in:
Immediate removal from the Course,
Revocation of all access, and
Possible legal action for breach of contract and theft of digital goods.
2. PROHIBITED ACTIONS — STRICT COPYRIGHT ENFORCEMENT
All content within the YourStorySells Course is the exclusive intellectual property of GlowwithLauren and is protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. You agree that under no circumstances will you:
Copy, download, save, screenshot, or screen-record any Course videos, lessons, graphics, or materials
Duplicate or reproduce any content for personal or business use
Share Course content with any non-paying individual
Upload, distribute, or publish any Course material anywhere online or offline
Provide access to the Course to any third party
Use the Course to create competing products, courses, or trainings
Claim the Course content as your own
Any violation of this section constitutes copyright infringement and may result in:
Immediate termination of Course access without refund
Legal action
Monetary damages to the fullest extent permitted by law
3. ACCOUNT SECURITY & LOGIN RESTRICTIONS
Your purchase grants you one (1) single-user license to access the YourStorySells Course.
You agree that:
Your login credentials are for your personal use only
You will not share, sell, or transfer your login credentials
You will not permit others to log in using your username and password
You will not use shared or group accounts
You will maintain the confidentiality of your login information
Any login activity that appears to originate from multiple users, households, IP addresses, or devices may lead to:
Immediate suspension
Permanent removal from the Course
Termination without refund
Investigation for unauthorized access
4. TERMINATION FOR VIOLATIONS
GlowwithLauren reserves the right to immediately revoke your access to YourStorySells—with no refund—if you:
Violate any portion of these Terms
Engage in unauthorized copying, recording, or distribution
Share login credentials
Attempt unauthorized duplication or reproduction
File fraudulent chargebacks
Engage in any activity that threatens the integrity of the Course or its intellectual property
We may also pursue:
Legal claims
Compensation for damages
Reporting of fraudulent activity
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP
All content within the YourStorySells Course—including frameworks, videos, audio, worksheets, templates, copy, branding, training modules, downloads, and all derivative materials—is owned exclusively by GlowwithLauren.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Course for personal educational use only.
You do not acquire any ownership of the Course or its contents by purchasing or accessing it.
6. NO GUARANTEES OR PROMISES
GlowwithLauren does not guarantee any particular results, income, or outcomes from taking the YourStorySells Course. You understand that:
Results depend on your personal effort, implementation, consistency, and circumstances
We are not responsible for your progress or lack thereof
No statements made within the Course shall be interpreted as guarantees
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing and accessing the YourStorySells Course, you confirm that:
You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms
You understand that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances
You agree to refrain from copying, reproducing, distributing, or sharing any Course materials
You agree not to share your login or allow unauthorized access
You understand that violations may result in immediate termination and legal action
